Played 500 hands this morning and session started badly but recovered well to finish a little up.

Hi,
I think you should feel obligated to fold this. I don't know how much I need to break down his range but I don't think there is a just cause for ever calling or even firing for a third time on the river.
His cold calling range on the BTN is probably any PP and most high suited connectors because they look pretty (but are easily dominated). After the combination of sets he could have, plus even AdK make this a clear fold.
