This is my way of keeping a record of my poker goals and current state of mind. Whilst the main aim of this blog is for personal reference any comments from people who happen to be reading are much appreciated.
I don't know much about your play, stumbled upon your blog through someonelinked on mine, but do you think that taking breaks, even just for 5 minutes, might help with the sessions? Like I said, maybe no big deal for you, but for me, I play much better when I play a 2-hour session with a 10-minute break in the middle (providing the tables aren't irresistable, lol).
Hi btimm! Do you have a link to your blog? I will check it out. I can stay pretty focused for a couple of hours these days so I guess I just need to improve my play :) Also HEM doesn't recognise breaks unless they are more 30mins and taking frequent breaks would have an impact on my monthly 'salary' withdrawal as this is based on hours played according to HEM.

Looks like you've been slipping on your "4TABLESMAXOMETER" just a little to me ;-) Hope things turn around soon!!!

Fair enough!
